The Program Manager provides on-site leadership — supervising and supporting direct-care staff, overseeing documentation and compliance, coordinating with coordinators and clinical partners, and helping ensure consistent, high-quality, person-centered care. We’re looking for an organized, people-first leader with experience in I/DD or residential services.
