Our story

AddisCare was founded on a clear belief: every adult deserves a stable home where they are known by name, supported with dignity, and treated as a full person with preferences, goals, strengths, and routines.

Our small-home model supports individualized attention, consistent routines, timely communication, and care planning that reflects the person’s ISP, assessed needs, and life goals.
